About

By profession, I am a teacher of Ethics in Secondary education, Malta. On a casual basis, I also lecture at the University of Malta, Knights College, the Malta Leadership Institute (MLI), and the Institute for Education (IfE).

My passion for education grew between 2021 and 2023 while I earned a Master in Teaching and Learning (MTL) in Ethics Education at the University of Malta. During this time, I gained experience in teaching and tutoring, co-organized educational projects, and wrote peer-reviewed papers. I also write articles about the connections between education and sociopolitics.

My research interests focus on the philosophy of education and social sciences, specifically education policy, civic education, and social justice.

My passion for education activism goes beyond the classroom. I recently published a policy document with 100 recommendations to make education more humane, helping students and educators become ethical and active individuals. I also launched Żgħażagħ għall-Bidla, a youth group focused on activism and change. Additionally, I regularly share my activism, work, and insights on my socials.
